Do you stay overnight in our home?

Yes. We provide in-home pet sitting, meaning your pets remain comfortable in their familiar environment while we stay at your property.

Are you insured?

Yes. We hold appropriate public liability insurance for in-home pet sitting services in NSW.

Do you have a police check?

Yes, a police check was completed in March 2026. I can provide a copy of this during our Meet and Greet if you require

How do I pay?

You will be sent an invoice with payment details. The email will come from Hnry. There is a card processing fee of 1.9%. This is at the discretion of Hnry.

What are your health requirements?

All pets must be up to date with flea, tick and worming treatments before the booking begins. Pets must also be free from contagious illness.

What happens in an emergency?

We will contact you immediately. If urgent veterinary care is needed and you are unreachable, we are authorised to seek treatment in your pet’s best interest. All veterinary costs remain the owner’s responsibility.

Can you give medication?

Yes, we can administer routine oral or topical medication provided full instructions are supplied in writing prior to the booking.

What if I need to cancel?

Our cancellation policy is:

100% refund with more than 14 days’ notice
 50% refund with 7–14 days’ notice
25% refund if cancelled within 7 days of the booking

What happens if you are sick and can no longer look after my pet?

I do not take cancelling a service lightly. When you book with me, I am making a commitment that I will attend the booking. However, exceptional circumstances may occur.

If I am severely unwell and I think it may impact your booking, I will contact you as early as possible.

If I need to cancel, you will be offered a full refund for the unused portion of the booking.

Do you walk dogs every day?

Daily walks are included where agreed and safe to do so. We tailor exercise to your dog’s normal routine.

Will you send updates?

Absolutely. We provide regular photo and message updates so you can relax knowing your pets are happy.

Do you look after other animals?

Yes. We care for dogs, cats, and can expand to other animals depending on care requirements. Just ask!

What areas do you service?

I service the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie region of NSW. However, I do love exploring new areas! With prior discussion, I can expand outside of this area.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, I do! Read below to find out the different types of discounts I offer.

I offer discounts on bookings of 7 nights or longer.

If you refer a friend (and they note this on their New Client Form), I will offer you a discount on your next booking.

If you hold a concession card or seniors card, please indicate this in the New Client Form and we will discuss a discounted price during the meet and greet.

If you are experiencing hardship, please reach out to me and I will work with you to agree on a suitable price.
