Yes, a police check was completed in March 2026. I can provide a copy of this during our Meet and Greet if you require
You will be sent an invoice with payment details through PayPal or Direct Deposit.
All pets must be up to date with flea, tick and worming treatments before the booking begins. Pets must also be free from contagious illness.
We will contact you immediately. If urgent veterinary care is needed and you are unreachable, we are authorised to seek treatment in your pet’s best interest. All veterinary costs remain the owner’s responsibility.
Yes, we can administer routine oral or topical medication provided full instructions are supplied in writing prior to the booking.
Our cancellation policy is:
100% refund with more than 14 days’ notice
50% refund with 7–14 days’ notice
25% refund if cancelled within 7 days of the booking
Daily walks are included where agreed and safe to do so. We tailor exercise to your dog’s normal routine.
Absolutely. We provide regular photo and message updates so you can relax knowing your pets are happy.
Yes. We care for dogs, cats, and can expand to other animals depending on care requirements. Just ask!
We service the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie region of NSW. With prior discussion, we can expand outside of this area.

I offer discounts on bookings of 7 nights or longer.
If you refer a friend (and they note this on their New Client Form), I will offer you a discount on your next booking.
If you hold a concession card or seniors card, please indicate this in the New Client Form and we will discuss a discounted price during the meet and greet.
If you are experiencing hardship, please reach out to me and I will work with you to agree on a suitable price.
